Holly has a strong understanding that finding a Counsellor, and the right one for you at that, can be extremely difficult and often an intimidating task. She has such a welcoming approach with her clients, focusing solely on the person/people in front of her ensuring that anyone can feel comfortable when seeing her. Holly has a natural gift for getting her clients to lower the”wall” that they often have up, allowing them to be vulnerable in even the most difficult of situations creating an environment for clients to work through whatever they are experiencing. You will never face judgement or negative criticism, but rather support, understanding and encouragement. She believes that taking such an approach will allow you to look deeper into the issue(s), which results in a happier, healthier, and mentally strong life.

Holly offers the following sessions:

-Youth -Individuals -Couples -Family’s -Co-Parenting

Holly works with, but certainly not limited to:

-Anxiety -Depression -Stress Management -Anger Issues -Relationship Issues -Workplace Issues -Trauma and PTSD -Grief and Loss -Parenting Issues/Guidance -Youth Issues
